We supply a range of Violin, Viola, Cello and Double Bass, both for the beginner and for the improving player. All instruments are fully checked and set up before dispatch. We also carry Electric Violins by Yamaha, Carlo Giordano, Michael Poller and Skyinbow, together with suitable Amplifiers.

Purchasing from us guarantees your instrument will be fully set-up prior to dispatch by Bob Bailey – who trained as a violin repairer with Maker Dominic Excell. This workshop set-up is crucial if you want an instrument that is deemed easily playable, and performs at its best when you receive it. We check, adjust and set-up all instruments before they leave our shop.
We stock a range of accessories including Violin, Viola, Cello and Double Bass strings such as Dogal and Thomastik Dominant, shoulder rests, stands, rosin, mutes, polish and string cleaner and chin rests.
We support the instruments with many tutor books and repertoire from classical to jazz and blues, folk, Irish fiddle and popular – some with play-along CDs.
